Delete your Levia account
You can delete your Levia account yourself, from the app, at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your information.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Levia and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account (near the bottom).
- Read the message. If you still owe or are owed money in a group, it lists those groups — consider settling up first.
- Tap Delete account to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
If you can't open the app
Email support@evliea.com with the subject "Delete my Levia account", from the email address linked to your account or with the phone number you sign in with, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and UPI ID.
- Your sign-in details — signing in again creates a brand new, empty account.
- Your notification tokens, credits and pending invitations sent to your email.
What stays
- Expenses and settlements you shared with other people stay in those groups, shown as "Deleted user". We keep these so that other members' balances remain correct. They no longer contain your name or contact details.
- Our database backups may hold deleted information for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
- If you signed in with Google, deleting your Levia account does not delete your Google account.
